Brother Dan is a talented finger-style acoustic guitarist and singer from Northern Nevada. A childhood spent studying classical guitar has matured into a unique hybrid style, and his repertoire now consists of well over 1,000 songs from virtually every genre and era. This talented and road-tested musician tailors each set to the audience in front of him, which results in audiences proclaiming he possesses the “greatest play list ever” and “I knew every song.” Considering that a set often rambles from Americana to Rock to Country to Reggae, ranging from the 1920’s to today, that's quite an accomplishment.
PAST APPEARANCES include opening for Three Dog Night, Donovan, The Grass Roots, Colin Hay (of Men at Work), Humble Pie, Black Oak Arkansas and many other well-known acts, plus he has appeared throughout Europe and across the US.
DISCOGRAHPY: Brother Dan's body of work also includes two full-length all-original CDs: Nothing Better Than This, and Fishnet Stockings, plus The Nashville Sessions (a 5-song EP), and is currently in pre-production of a new as-yet-untitled project.
With a dedicated local following, Brother Dan continues to perform throughout Northern Nevada, even as he travels for occasional out-of-state appearances. For more information and his full performance schedule, please visit www.brotherdanpalmer.com
